My HP OfficeJet 5260 showed poor print quality starting at the beginning of October. I have run the cleaning program multiple times with no improvement. The diagnostic and cleaning program both show the cartridge levels are good. They direct me to the HP site for support, but I can't find further support instructions. My printer is out of warranty. Do I need to find a new (non HP) printer?
