Operating on a Apple phone system and Microsoft Windows to make my 2800 E printer work, I ran into an error about the cartridges and I couldn’t get it to reset so I put two new cartridges in and now the print quality is so poor I can’t even Get it to register the alignment page and three head cleanings did no good and no way to get in touch with HP because I haven’t even had a year and I wanna just return it; all I get our bots and I have a case number 514-288-0628 and then I just got a message that it had just been randomly closed so really this is way too much time to spend on trying to get a printer to go and no way to contact anybody to get further direction so I want to return it what’s the return address for it under warranty? I have the receipt and I haven’t even had it a year
