Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laserjet Pro M130 using HP toner cartridge -  Problem with print and copy quality. Output prints  fibrous thread-like lines on top of text. I purchased a new HP toner cartridge but the problem is still there.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

First print out a supplies status page:

upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the "personal data" and "printer serial number" on the printout.

 

The next step is, following this solutions. If the Cleaning Page is not OK, then upload this page.
