Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I have NOT been able to print good quality pictures and I already changed all my toners to brand new and still have lines on them. I cleaned the printhead multiple times and seemed getting worse everytime. I really don’t know what else to do do I change all my cartridges again?
