Hi,
First I have replaced an used black toner cartridge by a new one and it was all ok. After two weeks I replaced a cyan toner cartridge of the same order delivery but I have got message: "The indicated cartridges have been blocked because they contain non-HP chip". Then I replaced back the old cyan toner cartridges and have got message: "Previously used genuine HP toner cartridge identified". Today I replaced all three color toner cartridges by genuine HP ones but I have got message: "Used or fake toner installed". What can I do now in order to get rid of the bad message?
Please, help me with that, thank you.
Kind regards,
JerryRr
