I'm having a problem with my printer. It has all of the color cartridges and they are not low on ink. They always print in black and white, despite being set to color printing. Even on the print test page, it only shows black and white with no color. However on the cleaning page, the front page would have the black ink while on the back, it shows some of the color ink. I've done everything possible, but I'm not getting any color ink at all. The demo prints in black and white and the cleaning page has the same, but there are some color on the backside. I've done everything that I can think of and it still prints in B&W. What can I do?
