Welcome to the Print Cartridge Exchange User Group

HP will not give assistance to those who buy a new printer and are stuck with New Unused cartridges, so this will hopefully be our workaround. The rules are simple:

  • Cartridge(s) must be new, and in original unopened/sealed enclosure, original cardboard box optional
  • Sender pays shipping 
  • Exchanges are ideal (i.e., 65 for 67, 64 for 61)
  • Trade partners can work out HP original product or outside vendor swap
  • Trade partners work out details off-site to avoid HP privacy issues
  • When a trade occurs, post originator marks his post SOLVED
