Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hey there. Can any give me suggestions or help me out with what the issue is with my HP ENVY 4520. I keep getting missing streaks with the  CLEAN CARTRIDGES and ALIGN PRINTER options. Also what shows on preview print and what the printer actually prints on paper is off. Missing info on actual paper. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
