Print Quality - Fading Color

Hello HP Printer Community, 

All four colors are genuine HP toner cartridges with half full of toner. The print quality page show uniform color on all areas of the page. However on my other test page I created, the color fades in some areas and edges. Before the test, I gently rocked the toner cartridges side to side to distribute the toner evenly, but that did not fix this issue.  Please view attached image. Also, why would the print quality page print the same color throughout the page and the other test page, it does not. On my test page, the color gradients from light purple (correct color) on the right side of the page to cyan like color in the middle and a light print on the left side of the page. Could this be a software issue? I would like the light purple color to be on all areas of the page.

Can someone help on this issue? I cannot find any answers on the internet thus far. Thank you!
