Product: Color LaserJet Pro M255dw
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I just got this printer.  It's brand new.  There are streaks and smudges in certain areas of my printouts.  I have cleaned it on HP Smart twice as well as calibrated it.  Nothing is fixing it.  I am growing very frustrated to be dealing with an issue like this with a brand new, very expensive printer.

hi I have aery similar issue with the ink quality. I went cheap on cartridges and didn’t like the coloring of them so I returned to regular hp ink cartridges but the color streak and wrong coloring stayed put and it won’t stop. I’ve cleaned it multiple times and this has been used with brand new hp cartridges. I just wish my blue/purple type colors would print again normally. any tips on this issue as I’m stumbled. Even my dad had the same printer Is having these same issue.
