The printer hasn't been used for a long time. And unfortunately the print quality has been terrible since trying to use it again. It takes a dozen prints to get half decent coverage but still results in missing lines and poor quality.
I've been through the steps outlined below, and am now on Step 8. Which is to replace the print head. However, the carriage does not present itself in the centre when I open the front and is not accessible (as there is no print head error warning). So I can't access the print heads. How do I access the print heads to do Step 8 in the guide?
