Product: HP DeskJet 2633 All-in-One Printer

PLEASE HELP!!! I am sick of going round in circles with the "Assistant", downloading goodness knows what and "Instructions" telling me how to go to Print Maintenance in Windows 10 that does not work on my computer!!!

I am using genuine HP ink, proper paper and complying with all the other requirements including checking ink levels as I have only recently put a new cartridge in!

It worked fine for a while but now, every second line on a printed page is barely ledgible. I have, as instructed, run a "Print Quality Diagnostic" and under point 4, the Black "color" block is streaked with horizontal parts missing. Several colours are missing as well but as I NEVER print anything in colour, that doesn't bother me. Item 4 tells me I need to CLEAN CARTRIDGES but for the life of me, I cannot find out how to do this??

I say again, and whilst I still have some hair left amd have not yet reached for a hammer to "fix" my wretched HP printer myslef, PLEASE HELP?
