I would appreciate assistance in diagnosing the print quality problems with my HP CP2025DN. As shown in test page below, the printer prints horizontal marks every 7/8" down the page. Is this a cartridge issue or is this symptomatic of a more serious problem with the printer? On a youtube video, I have seen an individuals indicate that the laser mechanism of HP printers may HP laser needs to be cleaned. Printer is older but reliable, and before I invest in new cartridges, I wanted to see if others might provide guidance. Separate and distinct issue is that the printer is hard to restart after it loses power. The LCD panel seems to be erratic in showing strange characters or remaining dark. Interestingly, the problem does seem to clear up after several days of leaving the printer plugged in.
Thanks for the help.
