Recently the print quality on word and pdf documents has intermitently been poor. This also goes for the test page. Looks like the jets need to be cleaned but I cannot find a way of doing this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Fabio_L32, thanks for all your help. I have tried without success, so I have now returned it to HP as it is still in its warranty period.
I will close this issue off, but I am very happy with your technical updates, which I found easy to follow.

Thanks for the quick and prompt update.
I am currently working my way through the process. It looks like I might need new printer heads (at least that is where I have got to in the process). I will try and go through the cleaning process again before embakring on that router.
The printer is under 2 years old, so I would have thought it would not be a major issue, as my previous HP printer lasted over 10 years with no major issues. I only occasionally needed to clean the printer heads. Maybe the quality of the newer printers are'nt as good as the old ones.
I will let you know how I progress.
