I have been having print quality issues for a quite awhile now and have tried the clean a align print tools multiple times. I did have a error which allowed me to access the printheads but I actually closed it back up and the error disappeared. I bought 2 new printheads but I am not allowed to access the print heads to replace them. I have read that if there is not error the printheads do not need to be replaced. Well I beg to differ. Why will you not let me replace the printheads???? Please provide instructions on how to replace the 651 printheads.

No this did not help. If you read the post the Print cartridges do not move to the center. I know it says in your instructions that if they do not they do not need to be replaced. I am having issues with print quality and wish to replace them.

Ok, but this will be my last HP product I purchase including all the laptops over the years. To send me to support so they can charge me for something as simple as replacing a print head...Thanks for the effort.
