Print Quality

Hello everyone 

I am unable to see these settings, if I print from Word, Adobe Reader or any other software. 

I see other settings but I am looking specifically for Quality. 

My printer is a HP LaserJet Pro MFP m28w

Please help!!!

HP Laserjet printers do not have these settings available. This is as per the design. It is set automatically by default and cannot be changed.

Is there any other possible way to adjust / improve print quality on a HP LaserJet? 

I already use quality HP paper as well as original HP toner.

To fix print quality issues, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on Mac

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Check the print settings on the app you are using to print.
