Product: Deskjet 4100 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My print quality is not very good. Looks like a cleaning problem but repeated cleanings from the HP app have not solved the problem. I am using HP ink cartridges for a Deskjet 4100 printer. Any further ideas?

FWIW replacing the black ink cartridge with the new one sent by Instant Ink seems to have solved the problem. Color was never a problem, just b;ack so replacing that cartridge and aligning and recleaning seems to have solved the issue.
