Our printer keeps telling us that our ink cartridges are jammed. We have followed all trouble shooting instructions and cleaned the printer head but it still keeps jamming. Is there anything else we can try or is it time for a new one?
Also when we start it up it keeps telling us that we haven't shut it down correctly which we have so not sure if it is all linked somehow.
