I pay a monthly subscription for replacement cartridges for my hp printer. On opening the latest replacement cartridges I was aware that the yellow cartridge was leaking. I had no choice but to install it in order to continue my print jobs.
I am informed that my 1 year warranty on my printer expired in March 2020 but I have an ongoing contract for the supply of genuine replacement hp cartridges which to date has proven very reliable and useful.
However, is there a solution regarding the issue I have with a leaking cartridge? Is it a common problem (I've never experienced it before) and is it something that can be rectified by hp?
I have returned my empty cartridges and have installed a leaking cartridge which I imagine is not good for my printer.
