Have you checked the paper-handling specifications of the printer? Refer to the document Product Specifications for the HP OfficeJet 8022 All-in-One Printer (3UC65A) for help.
If the paper type and size are supported, you can adjust the printer driver settings as per the OS installed on your computer.
