Print with the following error:

The print show like the first 1/2 inch is ok, the following 1/4 inch is blank, the following 1/2 inch is ok, the following 1/4 inch is blank and all the same sequence until the end of page.

I change the Cartridges, I been running all test on Print and on Doctor Hp Print

after running clean cartridge heads still doing the same.

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory.

 

Have you tried printing different documents and check if the issue persists?

Try making a standalone copy in black and color from the flatbed glass and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Ensure you are using HP inks and cleaned the ink cartridges as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridges, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue with the printer. 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
