I have been using the printer for over 2 years and it's been working fine. Then I replaced new toners, and now the new Cyan toner is not printing properly, the blue color fades out along the left edge, causing all color prints to have a strange color.
I have since replaced it with another new Cyan toner, but it does the exact same thing. The other colors work fine, but it does not solve the issue for the Cyan toner.
So far, I have updated the drivers, did the color calibration, ran the self-maintenace, but nothing seems to work here.
Not sure what else to do here?

Hi @charliethebisho ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've taken several troubleshooting steps already, but the issue persists. Here are some additional suggestions you can try to address the problem with the Cyan toner:
Check Toner Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the Cyan toner cartridge is securely and correctly installed. Sometimes, cartridges may not be seated properly, leading to printing issues. Remove the Cyan toner cartridge and reseat it carefully.
Inspect the Imaging Drum: The imaging drum is responsible for transferring the toner to the paper. Check the Cyan imaging drum for any damage or irregularities. If you find any issues, consider replacing the imaging drum.
Clean the Print Heads: Use the printer's cleaning function to clean the print heads. This can help remove any dried or clogged toner that might be affecting the Cyan color. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a print head cleaning.
Run a Cleaning Page: Many printers have a cleaning page or diagnostic page that you can print. This page often includes patterns for each color. Print this page and check the Cyan section for any issues. If there are problems, it could indicate a hardware problem.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Sometimes, manufacturers release firmware updates that address performance and compatibility issues. Check the HP website for your printer model to see if there are any firmware updates available.
Inspect Paper and Print Settings: Verify that you are using the correct type and size of paper. Additionally, check the print settings to ensure they match the paper type you are using. Incorrect settings can sometimes cause printing issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
