Hello community please help!!! I have a Deskjet 3752 that is having print quality issues and I can't think of any more troubleshooting to do. The issue is really odd, when I print anything with black regardless of if a select color or black. It will just be poor quality all over the document from shipping labels, diagnostics reports from HP smart app, etc. but when I try to print a file like a word document it will show the words plainly, but it is a light brownish color. Also, I have odd behavior from the HP smart app from my macOS when I try to run a clean printhead or align printhead it will say error already in progress try again later but it does run the test. When the page prints out from the clean print head it looks correct. I also have the same issues from my iOS device and my windows 11 PC. I got on my PC and ran the HP print & scan doctor a few times and it keeps coming back as everything is ok. I have done resets, open and close tray, reinstalled and uninstalled the apps from my devices, checked all updates/firmware etc. When i try to go check warranty it also tells me my serial # is not a valid product but I got the serial # just as the support article suggests to under printer information on the HP Smart app. I even made sure that the 0's were not o's and everything. The only troubleshooting I haven't done is try new paper, but this paper has always worked in the past and I have kept the paper stored in its original packaging while also just using genuine HP ink. I got the HP support website to detect my printer and it is reading a different serial # than what is actually on my original box and HP Smart app under printer info. I have been thinking the same thing myself I just haven’t done a lot with printers in my tech career along with this printer being my personal first printer so I really just wanted to get a second opinion from someone else. Thank you so much!
