Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have changed the toner but the problem persists. Every print out has a dark black smudge down the right side of the paper

Can you post a sample? If you have changed the toner and that did not resolve the issue it is possible that you have a problem with either your fuser or other component in the printer
