HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer was working OK but ink levels low. After changing all 4 cartridges it now prints  horizontal bars across the printout. Internal test page has 6 colored blocks across the bottom of the page, each of these has a line througjh the middle. unfortunately old cartridges were throw away and I can't recover the. Tried haes cleaning several times, no effect.

Hi @WearyEric,

We are sorry that the issue is not resolved when the above troubleshooting steps were performed.

Either the ink cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
