I am desperate here. I have run into printing problems with my laserjet. The steps I have taken so far;

  1. Replaced all cartridges. Which are all HP Cartridges from an approved seller. 
  2. Updated my pc to latest windows 11
  3. gone through the Virtual Agent and have run all the diagnostics.
  4. Through HP Smart have calibrated and cleaned the printer a number of times. 
  5. Restarted pc a number of times. 

This isnt the document I needed, it is a restricted document I need to print asap. This document is just an example.

Please help.

Print the supplies status page

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, select the Setup menu.

2. Select Reports.

3. Select Supplies Status.

 

Scan and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.

Hi,

 

you need to claim the two toners, Magenta and Yellow. Both toners are under warranty.
Include the supplies status report.
