Hi, 

 

The quality of my prints is very bad.

 

I checked the toner level and is at 80% for all the colours. There is no dust inside the printer. But I saw some small scratches at the left side of the image-drum.

 

could it be the reason of the bad quality? Please check the pic above.

Hi @Agarsot 

If the Imaging Drum is damaged, you may need to replace to solve the problem.

>> HP Color Laser 178, 179 Printers - Replacing an Imaging Drum

 

Also you can clean Laser printer following steps from the next video:
