I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620 and the print quality all of a sudden if not good. I print to this printer from two different laptops; one is a PC and uses a Windows 10 operating system and the other is a Mac Air. I have run the Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and it shows everything to be as it should be. Printed pages (using regular printer paper) are either not the correct color of what the original document shows or sometimes it is just too dark. I only use HP genuine ink and just replaced all the cartridges such that all the ink levels are full. I've used this printer for years and never had this problem before.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct my problem?
