Print quality issue

Hi

My MFP 178nw laser printer has suddenly started printing a shadow of what is printed at the top of the page about 19cm down at the lower half of the page.

I have looked for firmware updates but there aren't any for my printer.

I have taken out all the cartridges and the imaging drum and have wiped the imaging drum with a lint free cloth.

There has been no change to the print quality.

I have googled this issue and could there be a problem with the fuser kit??

I have attached an image of a print out from a configuration report. I have crossed out serial numbers etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the printer very rarely used or has it been sitting unused for a longer period?
