I have not been able to clear up quality print issues on my HP OfficeJet. I use HP Instant Ink and have added new cartridges numerous times along with going thru the steps of printer alignment and clean print heads. The issues are with the Yellow and Cyan cart. Would really like to hear if anyone else has had same issues and what was done to correct problem.

Thank you.

@JR017, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are facing print quality issues. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

If the issue persists and the ink cartridges are already replaced, this could be an issue with the printhead. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
