Print quality

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason my the prints come out with a yellow tint to them. I have followed all the advise with the different settings and it still prints with the poor quality. This printer is not that old?? any advise before I do away with hp prints all together?

Does anyone have a solution to the light printing? I have tried everything. My ink is full?

@MasticBeachgirl, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality

I am not understanding what to do? Print one copy black and the other print color?

Black and white prints ok just light and the color also prints light. It is as though not enough ink is coming out. I calibrated, I cleaned, I cleaned the glass. I do not know what else to do. Do I need to service it?

Yes, by making copies, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue. If you have tried the steps and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
