Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

The printing on the black cartridge is really streaky, so as it was low I replaced it with a new black HP cartridge however the printing quality was worse! I have cleaned the cartridge a number of times and aligned the printer but it has not made a difference! Surely this is not right, not sure what to do next!

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
