@Yuka3, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you have already performed inkjet cleaning and the print quality is still not satisfactory, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Levels:

  • Verify that both the black and color ink cartridges are correctly installed and have sufficient ink.

Align the Print Cartridges:

  • Aligning the print cartridges can sometimes improve print quality. You can do this from the printer software installed on your computer. Look for alignment options under maintenance or printer tools.

Check the Paper:

  • Ensure that the paper type and size loaded in the printer match the settings you have selected on your device.
  • Make sure the paper is not wrinkled or damp. Use HP-recommended paper for best results.

Update the Printer Software:

  • Ensure that your printer software is up-to-date. Visit the HP support website to download the latest drivers and software updates for your printer model.

Manual Printhead Cleaning:

  • Clean the printhead manually if necessary. This involves removing the printhead and cleaning its contacts and nozzles with a lint-free cloth and distilled water. Refer to your printer manual for detailed steps.

Print in Draft Mode:

  • Try printing in Draft mode to see if it improves the situation. This uses less ink and may help if the problem is exacerbated by excess ink.

Perform Another Printhead Cleaning:

  • Sometimes multiple cleanings are necessary. Repeat the cleaning process through your printer's software tools.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
