Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dn

Odd quality issue occuring.  When I print side 1 of a graphic (1" wide stripes) everything is OK.  When I print side 2, side 1 gets a short score/scratch at 90mm from LHS of page which smudges the toner on the image for a short distance.  Only affecting cyan prints.  Swapped out toner cartridge, still have same problem.  Using synthetic paper, but no problems with same design in other colours.  Printer is new.   Done all the usual color calibration and cleaning cycles to no avail.

Any ideas what might be the cause?
