Hello,
My HP Envy was printing just fine until the cartridges went low. I changed them to brand new HP cartridges and I have wasted tons of paper and ink trying fix the skipping and missing lines in text. The alignment page was perfect several times. I've aligned and cleaned five times over, I have reinstalled printer and drivers several times and turned off and on and plugged and unplugged. Nothing works!!
Please I have deadlines to meet! Help!

I understand the print quality is not good. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
