My printer is not allowing me to print with black cartridge only. I thought that was possible! If it is possible, should I do any changes in settings to make it work?

Hi @RaquelKB

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 does not allow printing with the black cartridge only.

All the cartridges needs to contain ink and working for this printer to work fine.

Ink is required in all cartridges to print and to perform periodic servicing to prevent clogs and other print quality issues. There is no way to bypass this feature.

If you choose to print with black ink only, the printer still uses small amounts of ink from all the ink cartridges for occasional servicing tasks. HP recommends that you replace any low ink cartridges to avoid any interruptions in printing.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
