HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775 All-in-One Printer, Product: J9V87B.

 I use Genuine(original) HP Black ink cartridge always but the problem is that my printer quality is very bad and it prints black lines and streaks on the paper and most of the content/text is missing and not even printed.

I checked that my black ink cartridge has enough ink left and due to cold weather the ink got dried up, so i just used a damp cloth to just wet the ink head little bit. Still, it has very blurred and bad quality of printed papers.

 

I am very unsatisfied with HP printer and want to get a solution for this problem urgently.
