Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

"Indicated ink cartridge is not communicating correctly with the printer." - is the error message when installing a TROY micro toner cartridge.

 

Troy micro toner cartridge will work fine in other M428 printer we have in office but not in this particular unit. Printer works fine with regular HP toner cartridges...
