HP Recommended

My printer Cartridge keeps showing error and i tried the trouble shooting bits but it did not help. I am enrooled in the ink replacement program and can’t order one coz the ink is still full. Tried the vitual agent and when it sees im out of warranty it won’t connect me to an actual agent. Please help!
