Product: HP ENVY 6000 Series

I have a hp printer model of "HP ENVY 6000 Series" which is purchased in Switzerland. 

 

recently I move to india  and I was purchased the 805 Cartridge for "HP ENVY 6000 Series" as per HP Support team advise

 

however still I am getting the Error message as "Incompatible Cartridge"  and unable to resolve this error

 

Please help to share the instruction/Guidance for resolve my issue.
