Hello my first post hopefully someone can advise. 
I have an HP Envy 6400 series printer working fine with an active ink subscription. I recently replaced colour cartridge as ran out ever since the printer won’t pick up the cartridge. I have tried many cleaning tips, removing reinstalling and resetting printer without cartridges as suggested by HP on there app. Now it won’t even reconsise black one. Does anyone have any further tips or advice.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

 

Are you still enrolled in the instant ink program?

Are you using all the instant ink cartridges or replaced with regular ink cartridges?
