I live in the US and I currently received an HP Envy Inspire Inkjet printer model 7921e. This printer uses HP 303 cartridges and I was wondering if I could use the HP 64 cartridge instead of the HP 303 cartridges. It is very hard to purchase the 303 cartridges in the US.  On Ebay, I have even seen postings for OEM HP 64/303 Black Ink Cartridge - NEW SEALED!!!  Can the following cartridge be used?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to assist you with your ink query.

Th Printer name seems to be incorrect, could you please confirm it again? Also, is the Printer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink Program?

Was the purchased in US and are you currently in US?

Let us know 🙂

Thanks!

Thank you for your help. I received the printer HP Envy Inspire Inkjet printer model 7921e as a part of a research study to work through unboxing and setup procedures. It is a new model printer that came with the 303 ink cartridges. I am located in the US and I did not register for the HP Instant Ink program. I am finding it hard to purchase the 303 cartridges from US suppliers and I am guessing the printer might be a European model which is why the model number ends in an E. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Alright. Was the printer purchased in US?

Thanks. The printer was received free as an incentive for an unboxing study. Do you think it would be compatible with the HP 64 cartridge? It is extremely difficult finding the HP 303 cartridges in the US.

I'm unable to find any information on this Printer. If it's not released, I wouldn't know. If you can find out which country this was purchased from then we would know that if the Printer needs to go through a region reset or not.
