Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The serial number is [edit]and product number is CB780A.  I mostly use this device to make copies.  I noticed recently that the machine will not grab the paper from the tray to make copies.  I recently cleared a paper jam by pulling the sheet threw as it was coping out.  When I turn the printer off and turn it back on, I hear a grinding sound.  Not sure if something was broken from the paper jam.  I would like assistance with fixing this machine and figuring out why the machine is no longer grabbing the paper to make copies.  Instead the machine just shows "Copying" on the screen and remains idle.  Please help.

@Erikasp8, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Out of Paper' Error Message and the Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
