Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Recently, I replaced the ink cartridges (950XL and 951) and I received a message on the printer, "Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP".
I have tried to turn the printer on and off, and also reinstalling the ink cartridges. i have also unplugged the USB cable and reset the printer. The issue is still there. Please help out MALMM, thanks team!
