I keep getting a message "Printer Failure - There is a problem with the printer or ink system."
I installed all new ink cartridges; I also deleted the printer and reinstalled it. I think it is the ink system; the printer was working fine. Not sure what happened. I have turned it on and off and back on. One of the solutions said to reset it. Don't know how to reset it. I can't use the printer at all. It just keeps showing the above message.
My warranty with HP has expired. Can't get tech support. I would hate to buy a new printer and this issue can somehow be resolved. PLEASE HELP!

@Sharon_72, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Printer Failure' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Since the device is out of warranty, and we've concluded that this is a hardware malfunction, I may have a few pointers/suggestions to help you out, however, since these suggestions are limited to you and your printer alone, I'd like to send out a private message with those details.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
