My printer has been working perfectly up until now. I go to print something highly important and the paper comes out blank. I don't think it is the cartridges at fault because there are no error messages. Print quality was good the last time i printed a few weeks ago.I have been seeking help for 3 hours but no success. Help please.

@CherylK2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If the printer was not used to print for more than 2 weeks, the ink could have dried up and needs cleaning.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
If the issue persists, replace the ink cartridges and check if that helps.
