I have Instant Ink but my colour cartridge is not recognised by the printer. Instant Ink says I'm not due for new cartridges so won't send me any new ones. I have followed the online troubleshooting steps (cleaned the cartridge heads, power cycled the printer etc etc) but still not working. Trying to get help through the online support virtual chat just goes round in circles. Please can anyone advise how I might solve this problem or get a replacement cartridge ? Thanks
