Hello
We have only had our printer since May 2020 and in that time have probably only printed approx. 100 pages, mainly in black and white. However, the HP Smart app suggests the estimated ink supplies are depleted, particularly the black cartridge, which just can’t be right surely? It has to be a fault or the cartridges we were provided with at purchase were not even full to begin with?! Is this a common issue - does the app often miscalculate / estimate the amount of ink remaining?

Print from the printers reports menu Supplies status page and Usage page and compare numbers of the printed pages.
Take note that toner cartridges that came with the new printer can print lower pages number than the ones you can buy after.
