All due respect, I'm not here for a social visit. I feel that HP has been horrible...horrible...horrible. I thought it was a good company, as I had another computer some years ago. (That was when bots were people). But the non-existent customer service is more than I can bear. They basically talked me into their instant ink program against my better judgement. After a year or so I knew it wasn't for me so I tried to cancel. They literally refused. No disrespect, but the agents spoke such poor English that the communication break-down was unfathomable. I finally closed my bank account because they WOULD NOT CANCEL! When they couldn't get the auto-payment and I told them basically it was done, they proceeded to close it, making me pay two more months. I purchased a 4 pack of HP ink and loaded into my printer. I feel like they have done something to keep it from printing now. I get an error saying 'The indicated cartridges have been identified as altered or cloned. HP + printers require the original HP cartridges. Replace the non-original cartridges to continue printing.' It's a lie. I checked the number on my cartridge that I purchased off of Amazon just a month ago, and it's not one of the 'rejected' cartridges. So, since there is no human to talk to and no number to call to get a real person, should I take it to court? I'm not going to pay for something that should work. I paid for my my computer, and two years of ink - wasn't that enough? If there is anyone out there who has an answer for me please feel free... I am at my wits end!
