Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Printer not printing blue ink. I have removed the printer and reinstalled. I have replaced the ink cartridge with HP. I have ran all maintenance tests-print heads (several times), smear tests, test pages, etc. I have unplugged the printer. I have made sure there is no debris (dust, paper, etc.) of any kind in the printer. It does not make any sense, it all started after I replaced the ink cartridges with only genuine HP cartridges January 11, 2024. I really do not want to spend money on buying an HP Printer if I cannot find the root cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
